Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We visit your property in the Bronx, Queens or Brooklyn, inspect the job and give you a written estimate at no cost and with no obligation.
I received a DOT sidewalk violation. How long do I have to fix it?
NYC DOT gives property owners 75 days from receipt of the Notice of Sidewalk Violation to make the repair. There is no fine, but if the work is not done the City may repair the sidewalk and bill you, and an open violation can complicate a sale or refinance. Our sidewalk repair team repairs to DOT specifications and handles the permit.
Do I need a permit for my project?
It depends on the work. Sidewalk repairs need a DOT sidewalk construction permit, and many structural, roofing and renovation jobs need a Department of Buildings permit. We tell you up front which permits apply and file them for you.
